Collaboration & Process

At the core of this assignment was a curiosity about how the collaborative experience on a shared, self published project, could change and enrich the learning experience of our students. Angela Batchelor teaches Basic Design and Printmaking at Portland Community College in Portland, Oregon. Kim Manchester teaches Digital and Darkroom Photography.  We share a classroom and have been friends and colleagues for two years now.  Both of us are interested in Book Arts, Zines and Artist books and how these fit into the mediums in which we educate and practice our own work.
